DIY mug gift set

You know, sometimes it’s the simplest of gifts that leave the most lasting impressions. At the moment I’m loving gift idea that’s not just heartwarming but also super versatile for any occasion. Whether it’s a birthday, a thank-you gesture, or just because you feel like it – this DIY mug gift set fits, plus, it’s easy on the wallet and big on thoughtfulness!

Here’s what you need:

  • A mug
  • Your choice of homemade goodies or store-bought treats
  • Some fancy wrapping and ribbon to tie it all together. I purchased a roll of cellophane wrap about 5 years ago, and I’ve never run out of it. It’s so useful, and it makes any gift look 100 times better!

I recently tried this with one of my Society6 mugs – the 15 oz one with the California poppies in watercolor. Fun fact: it’s one of my best sellers, and honestly, I can see why. It’s vibrant, cheerful, and can brighten up any morning coffee routine.

Alright, let’s dive into how I jazzed it up. I whipped up some delicious homemade walnut and cream nougat (turrón de nata y nueces for my Spanish-speaking friends!).
