Lilacs

I couldn’t resist. I had to put lilacs on my cat, Coco.

What I made with leftover paint

Hey everyone! I’ve got to tell you about “Ragni,” a piece that almost came to life by accident. Bauhaus (yellow)

I felt like sharing this Bauhaus poster in vintage magazine style: It’s the corner of the Bauhaus building in Dessau, that was constructed between 1925 and 1926 according to plans by Walter Gropius, in a fun and bold yellow sky.

An array of floral and fruit-inspired pieces

Abstract lines and warm tones create a tranquil mood in this sun-kissed artwork. Figs and lemons come alive in this juicy still life. Vibrant red petals stand out in this expressive painting. A very bold leaf illustration. Soft pink ranunculus blooms, tenderly rendered in crayons.

A small taste of spring!

This is what spring looks like in my tiny village this April: cherry, pear and apple blossoms, an orange cat, some violets, a daffodils, yellow wild ranunculus, wild strawberry plant, and tiny pansies. Some disgusting bug ate all my peony blossom buds, so no peonies this year for me.
