I’m totally in the fall mood here…
So I decided to make some decadent cake that needed to use caramel and chocolate flavors. Bonus points if it was a cheesecake. I saw a video on Instagram where they used crumbled cake for making a no-bake cheesecake crust and I was inmediatelly sold.
My version uses milk chocolate cake and milk Milka chocolate for holding the crumbs together.
It’s a recipe adapted from Tastemade (check their cake crusted cheesecake here). Mine is topped with dulce de leche and roasted walnuts.
