I want to recommend a recipe for easy homemade bread that don’t require kneading.

It’s the Easy italian no-knead bread recipe by Emma Fontanella. I’ve made this bread 4 or 5 times in the last month. It’s so good and it doesn’t require any work.

I did use my mixer, though. Just for mixing the ingredients and because it is my favorite bowl for proofing doughs.

I don’t own a dutch oven, but I was able to bake the loaf in my cast aluminium pot. It has a glass and metal lid that can go into the oven, so no problem.
