Happy Valentine’s Day!

Valentine’s day = Chocolate!

Those are homemade matcha, pistachio and white chocolate bonbons whose recipe I am experimenting with… the center is creamy and a bit sour, which is a nice contrast to the sweetness of the chocolate. Then the pistachio is crunchy!
