Today I want you all to meet a sweet little boy called Tyler.

His mom, Sylvia ordered a custom map from my shop for Tyler to color the countries:

Tyler was diagnosed at the age of 5 with stage IV Neuroblastoma in August 2015. Since he has a love for geography and maps, many of our friends and family started sending postcards as a way of encouragement for him and our family. I was looking for one that we could color in as he collected postcards and learned about the world and Rosana’s map was perfect. Since his diagnosis, we have received 1910 postcards and counting from all over the USA and world! Family, friends, friends of friends, and complete strangers have sent us postcards, each postcard is not only a lesson for Tyler to learn about a country and culture, but a piece of happiness for us to know that so many from all over the world are supporting us during this battle. When I first received the pictures from Sylvia I inmediately thought about sending him a postcard from Spain. I wanted to send him something special, like a custom postcard. But spanish post office is awful and I finally decided that there are many people who can send him a postcard sooo I sent him another map (this time it was a map with many many cities on it) 🙂
