Do you sell both printed items and printable files?
We currently ship printed products from US to US. Our prints, canvases and mugs ship from US.

Fake “Glitter” or “faux gold foil” prints.
My glitter prints or metallic foil style prints will print just like a picture. The glitter look is just a fake glitter texture and therefore no actual glitter or metallic foil will appear when printed.

SHOP POLICIES for PRINTED ITEMS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, modification or exchange.
PRINTED PRODUCTS – Shipping
All my printed products ship from USA, perfectly packed, with tracking.
PRINTED PRODUCTS – Refunds
Please open the package upon arrival and check the contents.
In the rare event that there is an error on your order or it is DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, please let me know within 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS OF DELIVERY so that I can rectify the situation.
If the contents are damaged, please take pictures of the box and contents and send them to me within 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS OF DELIVERY.
In some cases (pinboards, canvas prints, large items), for a replacement, the damaged item must be returned in THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING that it arrived in (box, bubble wrap, stuffing, original shipping label, etc). This is imperative for filing the insurance claim on this package. It might be subject to inspection by the delivery company and must be made available to them for pick-up at the ORIGINAL SHIPPING ADDRESS on the next business day. The package may ONLY be picked up at the original shipping address on the order. The box may be left outside the front door for pick up. As soon as the package returns to the carrier, they will inspect the damage and return the item to us within 2-3 business days. Once the item is received and our claim accepted, we will begin the production of your new product and ship it to you.
We are only responsible for the product arriving to the original shipping location listed on the order form. Our Shop and the Shipping Carrier are not responsible for damaged product replacement if the package is outside of 5 days from its delivery date, stolen after delivery, or if the item has been re-shipped elsewhere after it has been delivered to the original shipping address on the order. Re-shipping constitutes shipping the product in the same packaging whether it was opened or unopened, as well as shipping the product in different packaging to an additional location.
Please note that if an item gets damaged in transit, filling a claim with the carrier, getting the claim accepted and making a replacement product takes time: we will make all this process as fast as possible, but please keep in mind that some time is needed, approximately the same processing time stated in the original listing. The new package will be sent using the same shipping method than the original shipment.
All my printed products are custom printed for you. Custom printed items are not eligible for return unless there is an error made (on my part) or the item is damaged in transit.
PRINTED PRODUCTS – Cancellations
If you are ordering a printed product you can cancel your order ONLY before I send it to the printer. If you ordered by mistake please let me know as soon as possible. All my items are printed specially for you!
PRINTED PRODUCTS – What to do if your package states it has been delivered but you didn’t get the package
In the rare case that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but you haven’t received it yet blursbyai would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. This only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipients address.
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but left in an unexpected location at a recipient’s address. Recipients should reach out to the courier/post office and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person – e.g. “left under table on back porch.” Sometimes a neighbour might have the package. You can also file a claim with the courier.
PRINTED PRODUCTS – PROOFS: Your approval is needed.
If you ordered a printed product that is customized, I will send you a digital proof for your approval to the email you used when ordering.
I will not send the item to the printers untill I have your approval so, if you are in a rush please keep a eye on your email and convo messages. If you take days to respond to the proof your order will not move fordward. I will wait for your message.
I’m sorry but I will not expedit any order at my expense if you didn’t answer to my messages in a timely manner and now your deadline/anniversary/event is too close.
I can expedit some of my items (for an extra fee) or I can send you a printable card with the picture of the item you ordered for you to print (no additonal fee).
PRINTED PRODUCTS : Tolerances & Bleeds
MAP151 – it is a set of three prints in 24×36″ each. These are supposed to be framed and therefore, we might loose up to 2-3 mm on each side of the print or they might have a bleed around. Don’t worry! That’s small!
Bleeds – some of my prints might be bleeded as well. Don’t worry, the frame or mat will hide those bleeds.
Large canvas prints and Push-pin board PRODUCTS : shipping to alaska, hawaii, puerto rico & Apo/ae
Unfortunately I can’t ship my larger items, like 48×32″ CANVAS PRINTS, 60X40″ CANVAS PRINTS, ELITE PUSH PIN BOARDS and PUSH PIN BOARDS to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and military APO/AE. These are very large and fragile packages.
I can make a printable file or a rolled canvas print or a print for you. Just message me and we’d discuss your order.
